Computer with 100 programmes in memory, with the selection of automatic and manual mode, with very user-friendly programming and a touch screen display. Machine is equipped with back gauge system that allows automatic operation without manual calibration. If bending is in same direction (without any rotation) computer allow minimum opening of clamping beam, enabling automatic working of the machine. In addition, computer provides fully automatic bending of radius.
Back gauge system for sheet metal movement from 1.150 mm to 25 mm. Power of the back gauge is 0,75kW, 400V.
Different color Semaphore can indicate how to reverse work piece.
Profi arms are stronger, wider and allow working depth 1.150 mm.
Frequency regulator makes machine faster.
Powered rotary shear can cut up to 0,8mm sheet thickness.
Two-pedal foot with double function allow fast working and controlling over the entire machine length.
One-pedal foot is designed for co-operator. Without its activation, bending process cannot be started. That improves safety of co-operator and faster performances.
